I wanted to write to you to give some feedback on my experience after attending my training on Monday/Tuesday.

I was fortunate to have Glynis as my trainer and I can’t speak highly enough of her. Although I didn’t take the test I felt that I had learnt more, progressed further and gained more confidence  than I had at any time during  my first training sessions.

She instilled confidence in me and did so with firm encouragement , patience and  a great sense of humour that made me relaxed and made the two mornings very enjoyable.

She couldn’t have done more to get me ready for the test but she was absolutely right in recommending that I wasn’t up to the correct standard.

She is a natural coach and a great motivator. I came away feeling that I had given the training my best shot.

Would you kindly pass this note onto her and her immediate  managers as I would like them to know what a valuable asset she is to their company.
