Excellent Company to do your Training with. My instructor was Pete Austin of Hants & Surrey Training. Very Patient and understanding especially as I've been driving for 30 years and have pick up a great many bad habits. Really enjoyed the training although I found it difficult mainly because of the pressure I put upon myself. Pete was on hand to offer advice, support and constructive criticism when needed. Passed my Class C first time much to the surprise of everyone, myself included. It has now given me the confidence to take on the C+E course. The company is very professional and helpful. I even had a voicemail message an hour after my test asking me how I got on. I cannot recommend this company enough and would definitely point other in their direction if asked.

I have recently undertaken a 4 day intensive course under the guidance of Matt, and I was totally overwhelmed to learn after my test I had successfully passed my Cat C licence first time with only two minors. Matt has years of teaching experience, knew the test routes inside out, and worked on my weaker areas during the training, he also allowed me to repeat areas of the test routes I thought I needed more confidence on, having only ever driven up to 3.5t and developing loads of bad habits with a nippy car mentality, Matt knew he had his work cut out and even after hours of training I still, on test day was unsure of my competence to pass and was feeling the nerves. I knuckled down and when I concentrated all I could hear was Matts commanding but reassuring voice guiding me on my next move, which resulted in my success- a first time pass! The guys at Surrey and Hampshire HGV driver training have a great working relationship with each other, other trainers and the examiners along with a phenomenal work ethic and genuinely seem enjoy their jobs- I knew Matt was proud of me, and although he would never admit it he knew he gave me the tools to pass and I used them wisely. I would never hesitate to recommend any of the team to train you in whatever big vehicle license you want or need.

Hi David I carried out my training to become a hgv driver at your chobham centre on the 23 may, on arrive I was welcomed by the team which is based there and I found this to be a warm welcome so they made time to introduce there self and even offer you tea and coffee which really calms the nerves. I then spoke with my instructor which was bob he really try's his best to make you comfy at the centre and try's to get to no you a bit. I found the training extremely helpful and was really impressed with the training I had within the 4 days I was there. I really liked the way bob sets you up with some one else so you are learning from another drivers errors as your own and on the plus you aint stuck behind the wheel for the hole 8 hours. I would like to say a big thank you to bob as I passed my test first time with his help. bob is a great trainer and I will be highly recommending bob and the hgv training centre as all the staff at chobham was helpful to me on a daily bases and helped calm my nerves on the test day again thank you very much for your help last week bob many thanks danny Brewster

Just a quick message to say thank you to everyone at Surrey & Hampshire HGV Training. I passed my LGV2 on the first attempt and just completed my 35 hour CPC at Chobham. I enjoyed the courses immensely and even though I am now in brain melt down I can honestly say it was worthwhile, also a real eye opener. No such thing as just driving a lorry these days!! I will make contact with your recruiters, although I think it best to bite the bullet and take my C+E in the next few weeks. Thanks again

I passed my CAT C test yesterday, and have attached a photo of myself with my certificate and the truck. Many thanks to my trainer/instructor Mat, although I am unsure I'll ever be able to un-hear his voice in my left ear. The guys a ledge though, and his methods clearly work. I look forward now to getting my C+E training and test done with you guys next year.

Passed 1st attempt with zero faults. I believe this to be down to my instructor Matt, he taught me a lot. He was very firm but with it fair. Very motivating and easy to get along with. Can I say a massive thank you to Steve for getting me through my cat C at Hook. First time pass with only 3 minors. Over the 4 days there was definitely more laughing than driving but his approach to teaching was fantastic!! This has been very important for my family as I've worked in the care sector for the past 4 years and want to pursue a career as a hgv driver which is far better paid and will allow me my wife and two daughters to buy a house in our hometown. Thanks also to the other instructors who have been fantastic.

Just wanted to send you a message to say a massive thank you to your instructor Matt from Hook for getting me through my test on the first attempt today at the Guildford test centre. Matt has been brilliant to train with, on the ball and won't let you get away with anything but still fantastic, I felt confident with the truck well before the end of the first day with him and there was no hanging about, straight into learning everything needed to get through the test I would also like to say thank you to Dale, who we went out with on one day when Matt was called away to do an audit, it was certainly a day full of entertainment but no less informative. Once again thanks to all the team for a well thought out and we'll delivered training programme.

Great company to get your license with did both my class C and Class C+E with them and passed first time. Both the instructors were brilliant explaining everything clearly and helping if needed. Highly Recommended!!

Having just completed my HGV driving course with Gary and passing first time. I found the whole experience positive and the team at the Chobham branch helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a very good intense 4 day course, I learnt it quick and thoroughly, Tony who was my instructor for the duration of the course is an awsome fella, he made it interesting and is good to get on with and very knowledgeable, I couldn't have passed today with out him.
