Matt on the phone was a gentleman; Charlotte\u00a0in the office was helpful, considerate and caring;\u00a0Instructor Bob was exactly what I needed to learn the ropes of a new vehicle &#8211; calm, collected and encouraging, and\u00a0Instructor (another)\u00a0Matt was\u00a0methodical, patient and diligent.\u00a0Thanks to Dell also for his kindness and support.\u00a0I passed my Cat C today and can now begin my new\u00a0career as a Paramedic.
