I wanted to write to you to give some feedback on my experience after attending my training on Monday\/Tuesday.<\/p>\n
I was fortunate to have Glynis as my trainer and I can\u2019t speak highly enough of her. Although I didn\u2019t take the test I felt that I had learnt more, progressed further and gained more confidence \u00a0than I had at any time during \u00a0my first training sessions.<\/p>\n
She instilled confidence in me and did so with firm encouragement , patience and \u00a0a great sense of humour that made me relaxed and made the two mornings very enjoyable.<\/p>\n
She couldn\u2019t have done more to get me ready for the test but she was absolutely right in recommending that I wasn\u2019t up to the correct standard.<\/p>\n
She is a natural coach and a great motivator. I came away feeling that I had given the training my best shot.<\/p>\n
Would you kindly pass this note onto her and her immediate \u00a0managers as I would like them to know what a valuable asset she is to their company.<\/p>\n
