Which applies to you depends on when you obtained your HGV licence:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Licenced after 10 September 2009<\/strong> \u2014 you need to complete the Driver CPC Initial Qualification before driving professionally<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Licenced before 10 September 2009<\/strong> \u2014 you have acquired rights and don&#8217;t need the Initial Qualification, but you must still complete the Periodic Training Requirement to continue driving for hire or reward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><em>Not sure which applies to you? It tests your ability to apply your knowledge to real-world driving scenarios. We provide access to revision materials to help you prepare and will book your test once you&#8217;re ready.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Module 4 \u2014 Practical demonstration<\/strong> A practical test lasting approximately 30 minutes, conducted after your practical driving test or during your training week. You&#8217;ll demonstrate vehicle safety checks and load restraint knowledge to a DVSA examiner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><em>Our Driver CPC package covers everything you need for both modules \u2014 there are no hidden costs.
